Tuva Bjørnstad

Breathwork Facilitator (Oslo Exclusive)

Knowledge of the breath opened the way for Tuva into deep rest — a feeling of becoming herself again. The breath has given her strength in stressful situations and the ability to remain curious when facing the unknown. Through the breath, she has accessed courage and strength she did not know existed within her.

Over the past four years, she has devoted herself to diving deeply into how the breath can contribute physically, mentally, and emotionally to feeling more and more like oneself — and to being truly present in one’s own life.
